No Class Lyrics
The old bat says I have no manners
Pardon me my manner is my own
I might not climb the social ladder
But I can climb the schoolyard fence
Got no class
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my fucking self
The old timer tries to socialize me
And keep me neatly in my place
Excuse me I'm not a category
And she put pressures on my taste
Got no class
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my fucking self
And at times I might be gentle
Don't mean that I'm a gentleman
and I ain't no performance art form
I am simply what I am
Got no class
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my undescribable, undefinable, unique self
Pardon me my manner is my own
I might not climb the social ladder
But I can climb the schoolyard fence
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my fucking self
And keep me neatly in my place
Excuse me I'm not a category
And she put pressures on my taste
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my fucking self
Don't mean that I'm a gentleman
and I ain't no performance art form
I am simply what I am
I said got no class
I said got no class
I'm just my undescribable, undefinable, unique self

I just got a tattoo of "Got No Class" on my left arm without a stencil. I didn't want it to be purposely sloppy-looking so now it's genuinely sloppy sk'.
The song is just about not acting a certain way just because it's the socially acceptable way to act--doing what you want, or what you think is right no matter what other people think about it.
my favorite song by Reagan Youth. Why has no one posted anything on it...? It's so catchy and rebellious and yummy, like cupcakes laced with cyanide. Okay, i don't know what i'm talking about. But it's my favorite Reagan Youth song.
Anthem for individuality. Plain and simple.
this is also a favorite reagan youth song of mine, we need more bands with ideas like this today
