the song kicks! i love it! i really like the "did you know you were the girl.." lines, theyre really clever. i love this band so much!
This one's always been a favorite of mine. Too bad they broke up... I thought their lyrics were very well done. As for the meaning, I think it's about a guy who fell for a girl, but she left on him. Now he's willing to die to get her back, as he waits anxiously everyday for her to come back. I'm not too sure though.

Yeah.. JamisonParker broke up. Much to my dismay. Well.. amen to Thursday and Something Corporate and other bands that are keeping this genre alive. :D
i think this song is somewhat a description of a break up. when he says "and everynight that I spend with bloodshot eyes and no end and enough excuses here to bury me alive" they basically mean "i can't sleep because you haunt my dreams" or something like that.
i have to say, i find it ironic that [sunetsxcarcrashes] brought up SoCo in "keeing the genre alive". This song is so beautiful, and JamisonParker [like SoCo] was a great band.. RIP.
