Fearless Lyrics
Too many fingers
Too many thumbs
Something wicked this way comes
The best time I've ever had
Waiting around for something bad
Fearless, fearless, oh
And I know that's why you love me
Fearless, fearless, come on
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless
Oh
This is what it's all about
Take me in and eat me out
Pins and needles in my arms
Oh yes, your lucky charms
Fearless, fearless, oh
And I know that's why you love me
Fearless, fearless, come on
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless
Oh, yeah.
Too many thumbs
Something wicked this way comes
The best time I've ever had
Waiting around for something bad
And I know that's why you love me
Fearless, fearless, come on
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
Oh, so fearless
Oh
Take me in and eat me out
Pins and needles in my arms
Oh yes, your lucky charms
And I know that's why you love me
Fearless, fearless, come on
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
And I know that's why you love me, chica
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless
Oh, so fearless

ah ha once again i'm the first person to comment! this song is really cool it's the third track on the braverys album - the album rules by the way! one thing that confusses me about this song is the line take me in and eat me out? what the hell does that mean?
the most blunt way to think of that line would probably be sex. i may be wrong but with a line like "eat me out" it's pretty easy to assume...
I remember hearing that this was going to be a third single...and, if i'm not mistaken, they said "Fearless" was about being in New York after 9/11. But, um, how does this song have anything to do with 9/11? You'd think that by the title it would be some kind of ode to the survivors who were brave, but this song makes no sense and is pretty self-indulgent. In the NME article the singer says it's about the anxiety and depression he felt after the attacks. It just sounds like a bunch of phrases put together, to be honest.
i have no idea what the song means but tis a very catchy song :P
I like the way he squeals when he says the word "know" in the chorus lol!
I like the "know" squealing too :-D
The thing that makes me laugh most, though, is the "chica". How often is THAT word used in a song?!! heehee
I cannot see how this song relates to 9/11 at all. Apart from maybe the "something wicked this way comes"... but, well. Y'know. It just doesn't make a whole lotta sense...
Yeah what does chica mean? Is it a girl's name? I certainly don't know anyone called Chica! lol :-)
Well I think it's about being a babe magnet because he's not afraid to do anything:
"And I know that's why you love me chica"
Chica means girl (it's a type of slang, I believe..if I remember correctly) and boy would be chico.. It gets used as a greeting a lot of the time.. ie "Hola chica"
Well that's freaky because the elongated "chica" at the end of the chorus sounds like "chico".
It kind of does actually, eh? Weeeeird. lol
