I personally love this song, I can relate to it really well and it does a fantastic job of explaining the feeling. At least one of my parents is home 98% of the time, that 2% where they aren't.... they're at the store. But those few hours they're away each week are great, I don't have to worry about them bugging me at all about anything, I can just sit there and blast my music and do whatever else I want. Then, I see them getting home in the driveway and have to turn my music down and get back to not being free. It's not that I do much different stuff at all, it's just the freedom of not having my parents around for a few hours, for the sake of having that freedom.

to me this song is about the feeling you get when you get your alone time and want it to last for a while, but someone or something fucks it up.

what a great song, definatly my favorite minus the bear song. im pretty sure the title is actually im totally not down with robs alien, but o well. song reminds me of a place i visit every year on a lake in canada, where i really do just float on my back just waiting for nothing. what a sweet song

Definately one of my favourite MTB songs. Can relate to the lyrics alot. When you just want to be alone and do whatever you want, but then your parents just fuck it up. Oh well, as you guys said, nothing lasts forever.
