To me it is about a mum whose child is going off to university. She's really happy for them, but she'll miss them. And if they don't like it they can come back home :)
this song is so wishful and childish, it makes me happy. I love it!
It's about a couple, where one gets a job offer in the city and has to move there where as the other one doesn't want to and so they spilt even though they're in love. The singer even tells their lover, if they're unhappy, that they'll be welcomed back home.
to me, this sounds like summer and sodas and happy smiles and palm trees... "if you love something, set it free" made into a song really... there are so many times I could be the one singing this song to various people. =P
In a way it could be about the person you're in love with going on holiday but I guess the last verse about frightening city life wouldn't fit with that o.O hmm, I dunno. I guess I agree with the 2nd comment made.
My favourite song off the album. I think everyone has already said what this song is about. Pretty straight forward. Gives you an insight into the type of person she is though - she's not clingy and she just wants the man of her dreams to be happy. What an excellent girlfriend to have...
