OMG. This song rocks!!! The video is so amazing. And the lead singer, Katie, is so hot!!! Now I think this song is just about hooking up with someone and they change your life, change your perspective on love and such.

Well, I actually think that she is getting back at someone who has hurt her. Kinda like Alanis's 'You Oughta Know.'

I am extremely disappointed with the video. Although the hair looks awesome (as does Katie), they are SOOOOO not what I thought these guys were gonna be like. Too bad Trent Reznor didn't have a say in the video concept. I thought they would be harder, but they are more dancy and poppy, but still very good.

The reason I thought they were going to be more rock and goth was because I went to the official website ever since it first came out. The cloning theme, the visuals- it doesn't match the music at all. NIN is a good example of visual vs. music. They are one. NIN are probably the best at that.

But you can't go wrong with everyone participating on the Jakalope album. Too many good names to mess it up.

They are Canadian too, which is always good for Canada's music scene. I am Canadian by the way. Well, the key members of the band are.

i think the first part of the music video is about these 3 sisters and the 3rd one is treated badly by her other sisters and her mom cuz her mom loves the other 2 more and the sisters are always telling on her. the 3rd sister feels really left out. i dont get whats with the jars and the things in them though and i dont really get the part when the 3 sisters are grown up

Two of them are clones.

The video shows a young Katie who gets a gift- a jakalope, in a jar. The motehr then flushes it down. It seems like this girl is mistreated constantly in the video by her clone sisters and mother.

Then zoom up a few years and we are introduced to an older, moremature Katie who gets another gift. Then she escapes and faints on Dr. Evar's doorstep.

NOW, the plant thing that she drops, this is for people with the CD jacket nearby. In the CD jacket, there are pics of clones animals, and then there is an odd picture in crimson red (a seahorse and a tree?) and is written in greek or something. I think that's the thing in the video at the end that spits out the green ball that Katie follows.

If anyone can translate the writing, please post.

But to be honest, I'm not completely sure nor accurate on what the hell the video is about. Should have been more darker. Katie looks awesome though.
