this has to be about just not caring about what's going on when you're with all your friends just having a good time
the 5th 'tired boy' is a friend named Chris that i guess was supposed to be in their band but couldnt or iunno what the deal is but if you listen to Grenade Jumper it mentions him and how they love him
Oh yeah the 5th tired boy wasn't Hey Chris. Fall Out Boy used to have 5 members, they kicked 2 out and got Andy.
okay theres a reason why it says 5 boys, no the 5th memebr isnt chris like many ppl think.
this song was on their first cd, "fall out boy's night out with your girlfriend" when they made that cd, Andy want even in the band, and they had 2 other guys instead, but after that cd i think the two others quit so thats where andy came in.
thats why on the cover of that cd (fall out boys evening..." there is patrick, pete, joe and two other guys, and andy not in it

this song reminds me so much of "ballad for the lost romantics" by new found glory it has the same theme, like best friends chilling and not caring about anything else and toasting to themselves this is my favorite fall out boy song i think, for that reason
5th member wasn't HeyChris. In EOWYG, they had 2 other people in the band, no Andy. after the 2 left, they got Andy. The 2 other guys in the album cover are who were in the band b4 Andy
they did write grenade jumper about chris, but chris was never in fob. he was in other bands w/ pete. before andy they had two other giuys in the band, during eowyg. after eowyg the 2 fguys left and andy joined. chris was never in fob this was about patrick joe pete and the 2 other guys
yea this song is pretty grand. like waitingforsunday says, it's all about having the best time with your friends wherever you're going and whatever you're doing. i love the bit where a bunch of them are singing the chorus coz it gives you the feel of "togetherness" and how close the guys are. i can just imagine them all with their arms around eachother with beers in their hands and swaying and singing along lol.
This song rules.. It's the song to play in your car when youre on a road trip with your friends lol
