I think the song means that she is giving reassurance to her husband that she isn't cheating on him and even though she has had the oppurtunity to cheat on him she hasn't because she loves him so much.
This song is perfect for me and my long term boyfriend ryan. he is in texas right now with the army and also spent some time in kentucky. in the last 6 months we have seen eachother once. When this song came out i told him to listen to it because, he had once doubted my loyalty but i told him this song says it all so perfectly
