To me talks about a, f cked couple that just is on the edge of the cliff, on the edge of disaster.
She basically doesn't care anymore for his couple and actively searches for a new lover.
So he perfectly knows it, although he needs to lie to himself in order to doesn't feel anxious about losing her.
He knows he is a total wank guy who basically lost her beloved gal against another stud. The gal doesn't feel sorry for his pathetic arse and at the same time is rude to him verbally so she is hurting him and he wants to kill himself but in the end, he realizes this pathetic situation and accepts it with a simple WTF!
This relates a lot to one shitty similar experience I had once.

I agree with the guy above me.... well, bright eyes and the good life got me into neva dinova, as I saw them live with The Good Life, and they were so great.,.. sitting at the bar, drinking, listening to their beautiful music...

I've heard of couple of their songs, and their really really good. Their opening for bright eyes when I see him in feb so I too was introduced to them by BE.

i was introduced to them at a rilo kiley show. i had heard the name before but never the music. (unless you count desaparecidos). i got the bright eyes/neva dinova split at the show and got the lead singer to sign it for me, he was just hanging out at the merch booth. crazy. i love this kinda bands, where the group it just one of the crowd after they play.
great song by the way. i did their slightly dark, slightly country, all soul feeling you get while listening to there music. its like bright eyes gone country.
