These Guys May Get Pretty Big...
I love this song and this Band. One of my new favorites. It's about a friend who's treated a friend bad and wants to make up for it but it'll take him forever to do so.
actually this song is about God. its about how we mess up all the time and yet God still forgives us, He still waits for us patiently, no matter where we go or what we do He'll still be there for us. and the chorus is praising God for how loving and merciful He is. A lot of people will hate reading all i've typed and might regard me as some "religious fanatic" or "bible basher" but hey, you cant ignore the truth. these guys are definatly gonna get big fast!
Dont get me wrong, I love God as much as the next guy. With that said, this song can be taken many different ways. I took it as a song to a friend. Broken promises, failed commitments, and losing her were my biggest mistakes. That girl changed the course of my entire life, I still regret not being able to see her for as long as I have. For that matter I will sing for her forever, she would have dont the same for me. I hope she waits for me up in the good place.
I thought it was "no matter how far I run away, your WINGS protect me", not "waves" ???
I just can never describe how much I love this song.
I love how Mike screamed " I will stayyy!!" at the end of the song, it sums up what I've been trying to tell my friends, since this song I believe is a song for a friend.
And I agree with stealthi52, it's "wings" not "waves"
P.S; This band has an official Myspace but doesn't have an official website, and they seem so low-profiled.

Annnd u are right covermewithsins...they do seem very low profile for a band that is so good..its like i expect them to make it big...but i never hear about them anywhere...sooo ya...they are absolutely incredible though
