ha i finally found the song that says: you remind me of a song i used to luv...i think i agree with the first comment more than the second about the meaning...he's stuck to the memory of one that he used to be with and he likes it and doenst have much of a problem with it...it's okay of a feeling but it can be sad at times...so thats where the cuts on his "worthless arm" comes in i guess...i agree it sorta is real cliche nowadays but whatever...and it can also apply to falling out of luv...orit can be both he falls out of luv then he starts missing it after the break up and yeah...hehehe...
