It's like he's telling this person that is about to fall to pieces, "Im going to be here for you.." kinda.. he wants to help them with their pain- "To feel this pain with you".. but maybe since they're so close to the end they're pulling him down with them, to fall.. hmm I don't know.

To me this song is about thinking about suicide, that voice telling him to do it.

• People feel sorry for him and it pains them, and falling to grey perhaps means he's dying

• The voice in his heads saying he can't live anymore, and when he's dead it'll all be better
