Untitled 09 Lyrics
you're always in control, you never make a big deal.
you always are your own, you never need someone to feel good. for yourself.
you always watch yourself, after everyone else.
you never change shoe, because it's on the right foot.
and we're all finding ways, to find ourselves.
through these, broken, fallen walls that we call, we call our own.
and we're never looking away.
hopefully someday we can just stay young.
i'm too afraid to talk, i never even curse...
well, i think them all the time.
is this the reason i'm so built, up inside?
dreams went off the screen, i save the world with my toys.
i have another girl, for every adventure.
oh yeah, i try. but that's me.
and we're all finding ways, to find ourselves.
through these, broken, fallen walls that we call, we call our own.
and we're never looking away.
hopefully someday we can just stay young.
take a look, and see what you'll find.
maybe look and see who you'll find.
and we're all finding ways, to find ourselves.
through these, broken, fallen walls that we call, we call our own.
and we're never looking away.
hopefully someday we can just stay young.
you always are your own, you never need someone to feel good. for yourself.

you never change shoe, because it's on the right foot.
through these, broken, fallen walls that we call, we call our own.

through these, broken, fallen walls that we call, we call our own.
and we're never looking away.
hopefully someday we can just stay young.

this song is the most amazing on the CD, I really love it because it reminds me a lot of 'Sunday Drive' by early november.
i think the first verse is about somone that is obviously always in control of himself, he doesn't need a lover or an exciting life to be happy and he can do anything on his own easily, then the chorus is that everyone trys to find a way to be happy. Then the second verse is about himself and how he can't stand being without a lover, and that he keeps a lot of things in inside himself and that he needs an exciting, eventful life, and i think he might envy the other guy.
about growing up
about growing up
Simply put, we're all finding ourselves in different ways. We don't exactly know what we're going to find, but we will find out. When we do eventually find this thing out, we can hopefully still be young and live life
