Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.

Respect the structure

its about a completely dead relationship and now they arent even close to being friends and the last part-as if its not obvious- is about how before when they were together they planned to be always together but now in the "modern age" (meaning now i guess) their plans have gone all wrong...and this song doesnt have to only be about a luv relationship it can also be about a use to be tight friendship...i think that it's sadder if it's a friendship :( i would hate to be dead to a friend of mine :( well peace and youre welcome
