Just as an FYI, the sword of Damocles was a 'real' sword from the story of a coutier who got the opportunity to trade places with his king. While he at frist enjoyed the banquet and being waited upon, he looked up and saw that there was a sword hanging by a sing horsehair over his head [since he was sitting in the king's seat]. Reminded of the responsibility that comes with the power of aking he dicided he'd rather go back to being a cortier. So, yeah, feeling like you've got some impending doom when there's a big old sharp sword just waiting to decapitate you isn't so out there [say the trannies].
it's hilarious in the film when rocky is singing this and frank is chasing after him. i love this film!
always wondered if rocky felt this way because of the fact that half of eddie's brain was used to make him

This is actually my favorite song in the film, I don't know if I'm alone here or what, I haven't met anyone who has said the same.
i get what the song means.....but i dont get how it has to do with anything else in the movie.
