A Victim, A Target Lyrics

How could I justify this
I can make anything alright
But what do you know about sacrifice
You are no lamb
Any man a sheep
Any man deserving
Any man
A victim, a target

Since no one has commented yet, I guess I'll go first.

In my honest opinion, this song is about God, Jesus, and humans (just an opinion, don't flame me if you think otherwise.)

"How could I justify this? I can make anything alright."

The song is referring to how God and Jesus can make us forget our problems, but sometimes it comes at a cost .. now look.

"But what do you know about sacrifice? You are no lamb."

Sometimes humans take life for granted, and we forget who washed away our sins, the song is obviously referring to Jesus as he is considered God's "Lamb", and how he sacrificed his life for us.

"Any man a sheep."

Humans are considered sheep as the lord, Jesus Christ is our shepherd.

"Any man, a victim, a target."

Everyone is a target for pain and suffering, no matter what.

Anyway, that's my understanding of the song. You don't have to think the same as me, it's just an opinion of mine, which I don't even think is close to correct.
