To me this describes me letting the perfect girlfriend get away. My best friend. I had like 3 months to have her and I didn't even like her that way. It was only until recently when shes been with her boy friend of 6 months now that I relized I screwed up.
I love this song...especially "do you still miss me when everything is quiet in your room"
its about a guy who lets the perfect girl go, and now that its done and he thinks its the right thing, he regrets it and wants her back.. as for the lyrcis, its pretty much about how he feels and tells her and wants her back, as the lyrics follow " i'd give up everything to be with you "
this song is sad. and tons of people can totally relate to it, which is what makes it great.

reading what you put is scarily familar im in an identical situation atm
this song is about a guy who believes he is in love. and then his girl hurts him or cheated on him or whatever. and she if with someone new, and he thinks that this happned to him because he wasnt good enough. and how he wishes that one day she will come back to him. and how even though she messed up he still thinks she's amazing. but he know inside that he will never get another shot.

Anyways, you can really hear their pop-punk influence in this song. I like it a lot.
