Honey Don't Think Lyrics

It's the luck of the draw
How you wound up with me
You don't know how at all
But I beg you to stay
Crawl around on this earth
While the world's still small

Honey don't think
About it too long now
Honey don't think
You're liable to figure me out

Something wrong in my stars
Could you look at my chart
Help me healing these scars
Could you learn to read minds
In the case of mine
Do you read in the dark

Honey don't think
About it too long now
Honey don't think
You're liable to figure me out
You don't wanna figure me out
You don't wanna figure me out
Don't wanna lose

Honey don't think
About it too long now
Honey don't think
You're liable to figure me out

Honey don't think
About it too long now (about it too long now)
Honey don't think
You're liable to figure me out

Honey don't think
About it too long

I think "Help me healing these scars" should be "And help me heal these scars". Very nice song, but I wish it had more verses.

I always thought it was "help me heal a few scars."

But listening closely, it seems I was wrong.

I did too, for many years, but I am listening to it right now in headphones and I think he either lingers on the word "heal," making it into two syllables, or he sings, "heal up these scars." It's hard to say.

Man.. what a deep song. To me. It's about he's found his soulmate & he's telling her don't think too deep... You just know when it's right... Don't dwell on the imperfections..
