I think this song is about a guy telling a girl that he's been seeing that he can't just see only her. He isn't ready to be exclusively dating yet because he can't "love one thing" until he's loved (coughfuckedcough) as many girls as he can.
The girl doesn't accept his answer so they fight all the time about it ("These headaches aren't my idea of a good time.")
That's what I get from it :) Great song though!
