Everytime I'm blue I listen to this song I it reminds me of my best guy friend.
He's the one who can crack a smile in my face when I'm upset, the one who can make me feel like I'm me again after a long day, and the one who has always been there for me. He's the ULTIMATE.
But I don't see him in any other way, just like my best friend. Or the brother I never had.

im pretty sure that the meaning of this song is that shes always had the same really good guy friend, and he was always the one who she would talk to about guy problems and such, and now shes realizing that she doesnt need those other guys anymore, because shes in love with her guy friend.

I've loved this song since I first saw the movie. She sounds great in it and I quite like the guitarring. Its a song that I can inversely relate to. Meaning it'd be something I'd love dedicated to me. Its a song to the 'best friend' who'se always there to be the shoulder to cry on but is never 'boyfriend material'. Now she comes to her senses and realizes that hes it, the one for her.
