She lays back, falls back kerplunk.

Pretty much this poem is about a fat woman on a beach who is totally content with her body. She really doesn't care what people think about her. & that God loves her just the same, if not more because she realizes that she is one of few who is content with themselves.
This song is for people who dont think there beautiful...if a "fat fat lady on da beach" can love herself...then everyone else can. It takes balls to write something like this...everyone should listen to this poem/song.
