The song is definately a dandy to listen to, but I dont know how to take it really. I think it just about a musician, maybe one of the band members, back when the statistics, for example, were not as big.

It seems to me this song is about a member of a band, hes on tour but he misses his home. So he returnes home. He sees his old friends, meets a girl. But then his misses he touring life. So basicaly he is never getting what he wants, he doesnt know what he wants to do, be home, or be on tour.
