The obvious meaning is the main character is involved in some sort of illegal trafficking or stealing operation. Someone (probably his friend) found out and will be implicated but doesn't want to be, so they're in a high speed chase to get away from the cops. The singer's not gonna go down without a fight.
I was trying to extract a deeper meaning, perhaps with relationships "you found out" "see how it goes down when their alarms sound" "you're a part of this" etc, but I'm not finding it. Wish I could hear this song somewhere, youtube doesn't seem to have it. It's too bad these guys broke up, they had some good songs.
