they seem to be singing about pipedreams seeing as its a "communist" moon, but in a nice kinda way, like even though it may seem all so hard we may as well dream about a better world.. not that I think communism is quite the way to get to there but TINC seem to think that

Communism is the way to get there. This song, I think, is about how capitalism represses dreams and how under Communism, dreams won't be dismissed as foolish and impossible. Great song, great band.
