this is easily my favorite song by val emmich. the way he sings sounds so meaningful. this song seems to be about wanting to grow up too fast as a teenager. he talks about how it takes time and that dreams wouldn't be dreams if they didn't take time. this is really a beautiful song about a very hard lesson to learn in life.
This is definitely a pretty damn good song. it has the power to depress me every single time i listen to it. that's not an easy task. but i love it nonetheless.
