Just Can't Get It Right Lyrics
What we had
Was so damn strong
What really happened?
What went wrong?
It’s all over now
As much as I disagree
But there’s always an upside
At least now I am free
The whole damn game
It just got so fucking old
Never again,
Will I lose all my control
What else could I do?
There is no life in ash
For the end of all this shit
What more could I ask?
I felt I had no choice
It was my last resort
I couldn’t escape the voice
Did they not see I was caught?
I’m beginning to feel
As if it wasn’t right
I only wonder why
Did we have to fight?
If we could try again
I think we’d get it right
Was so damn strong
What really happened?
What went wrong?
As much as I disagree
But there’s always an upside
At least now I am free
It just got so fucking old
Never again,
Will I lose all my control
There is no life in ash
For the end of all this shit
What more could I ask?
It was my last resort
I couldn’t escape the voice
Did they not see I was caught?
As if it wasn’t right
I only wonder why
Did we have to fight?
If we could try again
I think we’d get it right

I wrote this song only a few weeks after coming out of a very serious relationship and i was feeling VERY down at the time. This song is truely from the heart, and will hit close to home with anyone who has lost someone who they thought they would be together with forever. It is a comedown from the ending of true love
On a different level, it portrays the feeling tht with heinsite, it was a good thing to break up. It has both a positive and a negitive side to it.
