Vanilla Sex Lyrics
Don't ever take away from me my pornography
Obviously we don't agree on what's obscene
I have the right to choose what I want to see and read
Don't ever try to take away from me my right to privacy
Because what I do is no one's business but me
So stay in your missionary position
I hope that you get bored to death
There's no way in hell I'm going through life
Having vanilla sex
The government is trying to get into your bedroom
Better lock your doors and close the shades
Because there could be someone watching you today
Why do you try to make things illegal?
Why do we have to be 21?
You're so afraid that people are having
Way too much fun
Why do you care what I do in my bedroom?
Why do you wanna know how I screw?
It seems to me
You've got nothing better to do
Obviously we don't agree on what's obscene
I have the right to choose what I want to see and read
Don't ever try to take away from me my right to privacy
Because what I do is no one's business but me
I hope that you get bored to death
There's no way in hell I'm going through life
Having vanilla sex
Better lock your doors and close the shades
Because there could be someone watching you today
Why do we have to be 21?
You're so afraid that people are having
Way too much fun
Why do you wanna know how I screw?
It seems to me
You've got nothing better to do

This is a cover of a NOFX song, available on the NOFX/Rancid split ep.
this song is about sensorship from the government, trying to sensor sex which for some reasons everyones obsessed with sensoring in america.
anyway this is one of the best songs from the nofx/rancid split cd
i wonder, is there such a thing as strawberry sex and chocoalte sex as well?
well whatever, the rancid cover is so much better than nofx's original.
"vanilla" as in plain

I like rancid better than NOFX too. the cover of bob is wicked good. and the NOFX cover of radio sucked. my opinion anyways.
Nice cover including the neat Dope Sick Girl riff. Mike's voice wasn't that good yet on S&M airlines and Lars is a great singer, therefore it's one of the very few cover songs I like more than the original.
