[Square] Bubbles Lyrics
I’m not part of your little scene
Cause I don’t read your magazines
And we don’t play your fashion shows
We don’t wear your petty clothes
Chorus:
We’re not goin’ out without a freedom fight ‘cause I say it’s right
We’re all burnin’ bright like the city lights and that’s outta sight
We’re not part of this blackout troupe
And we’re not part of this runway loop
That’s the path to aftermath, know the facts
Do the math, take it back, be exact
Chorus
Callin’ out, callin’ out to you in the front row seat
Communists, cosmonauts, computer beats
You’re not slaves to daily dose
You’re not crucified holy ghost
Chorus
We're not part of your little scene
Cause we don’t read your magazines
And we don’t play your fashion shows
We don’t wear your petty clothes
Chorus
Cause I don’t read your magazines
And we don’t play your fashion shows
We don’t wear your petty clothes
We’re not goin’ out without a freedom fight ‘cause I say it’s right
We’re all burnin’ bright like the city lights and that’s outta sight
And we’re not part of this runway loop
That’s the path to aftermath, know the facts
Do the math, take it back, be exact
Communists, cosmonauts, computer beats
You’re not slaves to daily dose
You’re not crucified holy ghost
Cause we don’t read your magazines
And we don’t play your fashion shows
We don’t wear your petty clothes

This is such a great song. who cares what it means?
It's a rejection of the commercial music scene bullshit
absolute favorite song by them
definately what psummers said. but i think it could also be branched to include commercial media and entertainment in general
