Most of the versions on the complete tapes seem to have extra, much dirtier lyrics... Or is it just the way Iggy inflects it? Probably both. The man can make anything sound suggestive.

@Omnicide Actually, heroin addicts tend to be in a perpetual state of constipation. Ask anybody you may know who works at a hospital. Junkies go in all the time and some end up requiring surgical removal of compacted stool.
