I remember reading that it was written by Bruce after coming out of a period of what he called self-pity, following his divorce. This song gets me moving. It inspires me to go out and find rather than waiting around to be found.

I think that the "Lucky Town" might be the name of a hotel (pub, bar ect)
I love this song. It brings back some great memories of things that happened while i was listening to this song, most importantly was the first time my girl told me she loved me. Its also just a flat out great song!
