No One's Boy Lyrics
Angel
You missed your chance to be the prom queen
And so you turned into a wet dream
Star of your own video
Late night show on the floor
A bad girl
No one's watching as you slow move
To the rhythm of this sweet sound
Booming through the radio
Late night show that you ignore
Are you lonely?
Cause I'm no one's boy
I'm no one's boy
And I'll be all you need
Only if you plead
Pray do
Angel blue
If you'll be my girl
If you'll be my girl
I'm no one's boy
And I'll be all you need
Only if you'll bleed
Pray do
Hey hey, don't walk away from me
I found you
I can find you
You missed your chance to be the prom queen
And so you turned into a wet dream
Star of your own video
Late night show on the floor
No one's watching as you slow move
To the rhythm of this sweet sound
Booming through the radio
Late night show that you ignore
Are you lonely?
I'm no one's boy
And I'll be all you need
Only if you plead
Pray do
Angel blue
If you'll be my girl
I'm no one's boy
And I'll be all you need
Only if you'll bleed
Pray do
I found you
I can find you

Doesn't it seem kind of self explanitory? Maybe that's just me, but come on. This girl, she didn't make it as anything. So now, her option is to sell herself to make money and feel good about her self. For once someone real finds something in her, and wants her to be the one he loves.
I really love this song. It has a good melody.
Well, I think there is a deeper story here... There is a lonely guy and he is up late watching something like a webcam girl. It starts off as his commentary of what he sees and what he assumes about her - like she was a bad girl who didn't get a chance to be a prom queen, now she is being people's wet dreams. As the song progresses, he becomes more attached and infatuated with her. He becomes frustrated because he is 'no one's boy' and she could be his and this is apparent with is cry of anguish (Oooh OOOOH)... As the 'show' ends he starts becoming desperate "Hey hey, don't walk away from me" and "I found you" (on the web) and "I can find you".
There is futility in the crush, and the singer knows it, but the desire for her is also fleeting as he can always find her or someone else that's the same.
It's about having a crush.
It's stalkeresque. In a good way. Heh.
It's about a good girl who's life turned for the worse and now shes a self loathing porn star and the no one's boy sees that and loves her and wants her to be with him
Angel was an unobtainable upperclassman at his high school, she was a bombshell every guy in school wanted and oogled after. Angel would have never looked twice at him or given him the time of day as he was a nerdy, frail, unattractive Sophomore. 5 years later, he’s now graduated college with a computer engineering degree, still no one’s boy(friend) and socially inadequate at meeting girls and has never been in a relationship, and now a somewhat bitter virgin/ in-cell forced to frequent the Internet live sex shows for female interaction and gratification, where he now encounters Angel who has not elevated herself beyond the degrading heights of this exotic erotic industry. He mocks her now as she pleads and is dependent on his paid subscription to watch her. Angel can’t walk away because he can find and virtually have her as a self imposed girlfriend any time he wants now. He feels a sense of vindication for having been ignored those years ago in High School, and not empowered by her need to now vie for his attention/ money!
