I agree this is the best love song I ever heard. The crag that braves the tide...to me means someone who is the strength in his world and braves all that is thrown at them, all his temperaments. The beacon in the night..of course his light in darkness. Perfect.

At the start of this song its a love that only happens once in a life time. I can relate to this song so much Because it happened to me. Here is my two cents on it:

1)in the sea of faces and people he sees the one the woman of his dreams love at 1st sight. Angry sea= people and friends trying to rip them apart. but they stand strong and say together= we sail alone. At last Im going home= he nows he has founn his love the woman he will marry

Phantoms lured me off my course Tried to kill the man I was You sent a guiding light Lead me to my lavish bride 2)Phantoms lured me off my course= thats easy fears for what happened in the past scared him away and tried to change the man he was and how he loves this woman. She showed him the way helped him face his fears and brought him back to her. Which is very hard for both people to do. He pushed her away but she stayed strong and didnt give up. Which lead him back to her. Now his wife!
