Fight Lyrics
In our ring of blood this much is true,
I never thought that I'd be fighting you.
But you stole my heart, you cheated and lied.
You weren't in my corner... You weren't on my side.
The gloves are off, you've hit below the belt.
Now it's time out baby, and they've rung the bell.
I'm not a fighter, I'm a lover...
But if you run, then run for cover...
Fight for your love... Yeah!
Now there's one round to go, I'm coming out strong.
I'll hit a knockout punch with this heartfelt song.
And then when they count you down from ten,
I'll find you in my loving arms again.
The gloves are off, you've hit below the belt.
Now it's time out baby, and they've rung the bell.
I'm not a fighter, I'm a lover...
But if you run, then run for cover...
Fight for you love... Yeah!

Wow im the first one 2 rite here and its my first song 2 rite about cauz i just joined. well this song is off Skool of Rock movie (came out in 2003) and its the coolest movie and jack black made a band NO VACANCY for the movie and it had 2 songs that featured on the soundtrack and they realli awsome. yeah so this songs just a good way 2 start off the movie with a real hard rock song which did well even though jack stagedived on the floor
Woah, heartagram.... Learn how to SPELL! Judging by your comment, you really need some SCHOOL. (and coming from someone who goes to college in Bam's hometown of Dub-C, both he and Ville Vallo would probably tell you the same!) Anyways... Yes, No Vacancy is fictional. But! Adam Pascal (the frontman of No Vacancy, aka "Theo") actually wrote some of the music/instrumentation to this song AND "Heal Me, I'm Heartsick". Excellent vocals by Mr Pascal, def not his best tho... (I can name at least 20 other songs he's much better on than "Fight") But still amazing since I absolutely love his voice and could never say anything bad about him.
haha great song. love his voice.
