I think the song is about a girl who is insecure and not much confident...just like a lot of teenagers are. The song writer is in love with that girl, but ether he's to shy to ask her out or she (Josephine) is just to depressed to realize that he's in love with her.
Is interesting to hear Reamon singing such a fast and "rocking". I always thought he's more the type for slow ballades. Somehow I know the melody from another song, but I couldn't yet figure out from which.
