This song is pretty much RAD! haha, Really though. I love it. It speaks to alot of us.
It is a song about idolatry, about giving your heart to something else rather than God. It is about having ears that don´t hear and eyes that don´t see that the only one worthy of worship and praises is God. It is a song of someone who read through the Old Testament and realized how many times the people of Israel went away from God times and times again to follow other gods rather than YHWVH, and sacrificed - even their little kids - to them, while he (the composer) would follow only God.
