This is a good song- have no idea what garmonbozia means or who/what lorazepam is but thats okayy. I like it.
lorazepam is an antianxiety drug and garmonbaozia is "pain and suffering" - possibly in the form of creamed corn.

this song has to be about social phobia. "run away when i feel danger/danger hides in every stranger." that epitomizes social anxiety. i have had SA for ever, and i completely relate to this song. "the right to make a world of your own/escape overrides it all." you spend your life avoiding the things that terrify you, and your world is no longer comprised of the things you desire, but simply the things you can handle.
that, and "lorazepam says it will set me free" makes it completely obvious, because as wyld_cannon said, it's a medication for anxiety/depression.
Wait... Here I thought Brazil was a concept band of some sort. I thought I remembered hearing that somewhere. Not to mention the video also leads me to believe it's all a story, not just a song.
This band, spelled Brazil get the cd, is pretty much like Coheed, meaning they are a concept band.
About the song I think it's maybe about someone he knows, thereby making it a story. Murder and Wyld are correct.
