when i first heard it on the radio, i immediatly assumed it was about some guy she fell i love with but, when i looked up the lyrics on the net for an audition, i learned the words off and started to think their meaning was tilting more towards god then just some guy. well thats my opinion anyway. c ya xxx

Considering Stacie says "Lord I'm ready, and through You I could be the One", I'd say you're correct.
Yeah! I thought it was about a Guy aswell at first, but i read these comments, listened to the song again and read the words with it, and then realsied, yeah, it doesn't mean some Guy. It is God she's talking about!
its a great song and like ll the other people who commented i thought i was about a guy to but now i understand its about god. i think its the good the way Stacie Orrico has made a song about god and made it so catchy
I love this song! I think for about half this song I just listened and assumed it was about a guy, but after closer listening and checking the lyrics it is infact about God. I'ts a really nice song and despite it's sound which is catchy and 'light hearted' maybe, it has a very nice and deep meaning. "You can use a broken heart to heal a broken life" That line just rings true, and is without a doubt my favourite : )
