In the context of a car smash, don't you think "You can't tell the boys from the girls anymore" is splendidly sick?

A metaphor for the deadening effects of a life ruined by heavy opiate addiction. 'Can't tell the girls from the boys any more' may refer to the impotence which comes with the territory.
