I can see that, because summer is a time for growing. you have a few months to do nothing but reflect and hang out, and towards the end it seems endless and you start to get lost in yourself because you begin to "listen too close". I also think its about something deeper than that though, but its hard to figure it out, billy is very cryptic with his lyrics, but thats also why hes so amazing!

I haven't heard this song for like 6 months, and I never paid attention to it. Now it starts getting nice out and I have it playing in my head.
