I love this song..and I don't even know why..it's my 2nd fav. JLC song... does anyone know where it came from..or the story behind it I mean...
I love this song, its so happy, over something so simple.
a) what's a busker? b) why are there only two comments? this is (arguably) JLC's best. it was my first favorite, anyway.

i think this song is about a girl that has lost someone, maybe a boyfriend? and she's reminded of him when its raining. and she wants to know if people all around the world feel that kind of pain, you know we never really think about people in other countries having to go through heartbreak, or losses, or any type of emotional problems. thats just my take on the song
