Man I could go so much into this what this song means to me. And I will (LOL)!
It's like how everyone thinks you're paranoid for know the underlying things in life. Paranoid from running from the devil. Paranoid for knowing the magic that exists in life. How people think you're blind, misconstrued, and in need of therapy.
But you know the truth. You see what's really going on. And you're hunted down, spiritually and maybe even physically.
