It's from a passage in the Bible.....Psalms 30-5...For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. It is about having hope and faith about facing hardships with courage & the promise of grace and goodness in our lives when we believe and preservere.
