Katy's little poetic rap session has interludes that are so beautiful. To me, this song captures sadness incredibly.
This song basically talks about how Katy is wanting and wishing for everything but who and where she is right now. That she is hurting, perhaps from a relationship. I'm not sure:
"I wish I could forget that day The hurting in my heart"
But in her utterly sad shell of flesh, she wishes and dreams of being different things.
