i believe this was written about a girl who has a crush on some one or is dreaming about that someone.. havent heard this in awhile but it is a killer song
I get a picture of a girl who has a man in her life who is a friend or someone she trusts, but he is also kinda stalking her. Or just crushing on here really badly...she can sense someone watching, but she's not seeing his intentions.
