Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
In my opinion this song is about a virgin's first time having sex. The person is in love and feel that they are with the right person. The virgin imagines rainbows, meadows, mountains and such due to the act of having sex with someone who cares for them.
This reminds me of a R&B song that has a male singing about seeing mountains, rivers and Heaven while he had sex but this song is better than that. It's really beautiful.
to me this song is about sex & love. It's just about being incredibly in love and feeling like you've got "sun shine all day long" Damn this is a bad-ass song from a bad-ass band. Easily one of my favorite frapp tunes.

Ha. Maybe.
But I also this one is about making love. "Touch my garden?" Garden is often a metaphor for...well.
Then the phrase "Give me this love" sung over and over again?
"Ride my Pony Ride him Slowly Smiling All day long"
I think the lyrics scream blissful sex.
And...Hairy trees...well...I don't mean to be the pervert here, but come on.
This song is tranquility and happy serenity. Great song.
I agree with you. She wrote this song after a vacation to hairy tree island with a friend.
Like so many of their songs - this song is like a painting; only better; I'm wondering how long it takes for this song to find its way into a movie?
Hahaha. Fuzzyweapon, a friend of mine thought the exact same thing when I told them they ~had~ to listen to this song.
Goldfrapp owns. There is no doubt.
well, i do believe this a song about sex. but in a good way.
