Well I think she likes a guy or vice versa and she Loves (Lust) After him. She wants tro tell him she loves him but she cant because she's afraid that he will hurt her. She wants to hold him but shes afriad that he will push her away. She wants to kiss him but she just thinks she wants TOO much. She wants to taste him but if she does he might ruin her life or something, But even though all that is going through her mind, She still loves (lust after) him.

ok shes decribing him and how he is. Like "One look could kill" Well he probably has these cool ass eyes but they glare alot. Like EVIL glares and whatnot. Or he may have alot of fangirls and when he looks at girls they faint or feel like they can die and stuff. And "My Pain, Your Thrill" He's probably a sadist, enjoying others pain.

Ok, saying he's already been under her skin or whatever happened. And he's infecting her. Cause he's slowly killing her some how. And even though he's killing her, and she can take the poison out she doesn't want to, because she probably really loves him, and she'll let him do whatever to her...

about breaking the chains, it´s just the habit, the addiction, if you quit, it´s gonna hurt SO much. the poison is running in the veins, logic. ´One look, could kill, my pain, your thrill´ if she looks at it, she´s gonna take it, and it can mean her death. it´s her pain why she´s taking it, so that´s the thrill for it..

as she says so, love but better not. Being on drugs is like love but you try not to (touch it).. she wants to hold it, just to go on, but everything in her tells her it´s killing her.. and the last two sentence can be figurally. doesn´t really have lips, but the methaphor.

when I first heard it I though it was about drugs, when I kept repeating it, I thought still. I think it´s weird to let this go over a boy.

I don't think it's about drugs, aliki...how can you kiss and hold drugs and stuff? I think it's about a girl dreadfully in love with a troubled boy. She knows she shouldn't get involved with him, it'll "poison", or ruin her life. But she still desires him.
