i've never heard this song either. i think it's about someone she was close to who died shortly after she spent time with them in paris.
This song comes as a B-Side on the White Flag single.
I think it's about someone the singer was romantically involved with and spent time with in Paris, but they had a fight or something and then she just never heard of him again, and now misses him.
