first of all, O.A.R. kicks ass! i believe this song is about how if people would take time to relax once in a while, they would feel a whole lot better. just enjoy life for what it is, if you do, every day will be the best damn day.
wow, how can only 2 people have commented on this, its not only my faavorite OAR, but my favorite song period. its amazing. its just about taking time to relax and enjoy life and just be happy, something we all need to do more
