I have no idea who the strokes are. But this song sounds exactly like a Led Zeppelin song. The one that goes "Been a long time, been a long time, been a long / Lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely time!" The guitar and chord progression is the same. I guess it's interesting listening to this album to play the "name that tune" game though.

they're only good song imo. This is the first song I heard of Jet and I thought they were going to be the aussie version of the Datsuns but then they started releasing derivative commercial crap like Are You Gonna be my Girl and Rollover D.J.
