I think sometimes people read too much into this stuff. I think it means exactly what she says. It's about a boy named Alexander who's a burn victim. He used to be handsome and now hes grusomely disfigured. Now the girls he used to get turn away from him in horror and he knows he'll never be loved or liked and its killing him inside. It hurts his family to see him like this so they don't visit him. His friends stopped coming by. No ones there to comfort him and tell him everythings going to be ok. So he drinks to forget his pain. And at the end he kills himself cause he can't take it anymore. The pain, the stares, the emptyness. And I think Jessica is a Guardian Angel watching over him. I'll explain it.... There's no second chances / He can't change what happened to him No time for romances / And because of the way he looks he'll never find or be loved

I think this song is just about how a guy cant get a girl. The song title can be interpreted as just Alexander,this guy that no girl wants.He's handsome, yet unappealing,maybe his attitude is horrible.He gets drunk and hits on girls. And yet rejection doesnt phase him.

This song has always kind of struck me being about a guy who's a really bad alcoholic/drug addict. Maybe Jessicka's singing as someone who really cares about him but feels he doesn't care because he's always intoxicated. Something like that. But that's just my opinion.

^ i love you, really i don't understand how anyone could think the song was about anything other than what you just said not every song has some hidden message

yeah I agree with HalfBloodPrinse, but you can also look at it as a story of a guy thats alcoholist and his gf, Jessicka, has to constantly face him when he's drunk... and even though he lost his hope for a better time ("prays no tomorrow"), she still hopes he gets better, and even though he abuses her ("And when he drinks, he hits on you") she still loves him (hence the "we'll be together forever... I love you Alexander" and all that). Yeah thats basically what I wanted to say.

after all, thats the beauty of music- everyone looks at it the way they want to... theres no one concrete message you get from it.
